Discover: These are story boarding sessions where each use case is story boarded and given back to the customer to seek approval on our understanding. Both functional and Non Functional Requirements are captured in this phase.
Architect: If a scrum is not being followed then this phase plays an important role as all the deployment and development architecture decisions are taken in this phase. In case of scrum or agile we always prefer to do an infra / base scrum where Architect phase play a potent role.
Develop: Develop phase is the construct phase where the development is undertaken. This phase gets clubbed with architect phase.
Stablise: We do IT/BT and ask the customer to undertake User Acceptance test based on test scenarios developed during discover / architect phase.
Deploy / Close: The solution is handed over to the customer.
